Congrats Chris Brown

Congrats Chris Brown

Twelve weeks ago, Chris Brown contacted me with goals of 350 in the squat, 300 in the bench press and 440 in the deadlift and decided to sign up for my online training program. (current maxes were 300 squat, 270 bench and 375 deadlift.Chris needed to build explosive power off his chest in the bench press, build power out of the hole in the squat, and builf power off the ground in the deadlift. He was frustrated because he was at a plateau. The right exercises were put in place, and Chris stuck to the plan 100%, never missing a workout throughout the 12 weeks. Because of Chris’ work ethic and specifically targeting and systematically eliminating weaknesses, Chris exceeded his goals. Chris squatted 375, bench pressed 355 and deadlifted 455 - without gaining any bodyweight! These lifts were all raw. Chris is now in school getting his Physical Therapy license, good luck with that, Chris Brown. You are a pleasure to work with! Chris has no further plans of Powerlifting, as school will be his primary focus.
Here is one of Chris’ bench press attempts at 325
