hey guys, sorry for the SEVERE lack of updates as of late. Ive been busy as shit. Taking 19 hours of college, working full time, driving 500 or so miles a week, trying to get this divorce finalized, and everything else that entails has been taking up a shitload of my time. a SHITLOAD. That being said, Im trying to get this hip rehabbed, and get back to lifting heavy shit. Its going, but with everything else going on, its going slow. That being said, Ive trained every day this week. But its been nothing really of note.
Ill be doing a bunch of rows and stuff tonight. Will post it up later.
