Gearing up for the UGSS and TBB Team Meet.
Yesterday was only my second squat session since the OBB Meet on the 31st, and my first day back in gear. The idea was to put some weight on my back and begin to ramp up for the 11th of December. Hopefully low 9's next week at the UGSS, and then high 9's the week after for a run at the grand at the Team Meet.
135 x 5 for 2 sets 240 x 3 330 x 3 440 x 1 in briefs 530 x 1 620 x 1 suit, straps down 700 x 1 straps up 800 x 1 added knee wraps
The 800 was right there on depth, but I really need more weight to push me any lower.
500 x 15 600 x 15 700 x 15
Reverse Hypers 3 sets of 12
Tried to do some GHR's but couldn't get to a 3rd rep without cramping.
