Max Effort Bench

Tonight was my first night back in the gym since the meet. I feel like I haven’t lifted in months and I’ve had a couple of questions on the Q and A about how many times I could rep 500 and 405 so I decided tonight was a good night to figure it out.

Every set was pinky on rings
135x5
185x5
225x5
315x5
405x5
500x12
405x17
I was dead after the last set

Push downs with rope
5 sets x10

Standing shoulder presses
4 sets x10

Dumbbell side raises
4 sets x10
