saturday - squat
SSB SQUAT (medium stance):
MEDIUM STANCE GOODMORNING: 3X8
LEG PRESS: 3X12
WALKING LUNGE: 1.5 TRIPS
STANDING AB CRUNCH WITH BAND: 3X15
I have been hit or miss with the squat for the last 3 weeks or so. I didn't want to push it much today, so I just went through the motions and did some very light work.
I'm going to work on stretching tonight and tomorrow to make up for some lax time in that department. NO more excuses.
We have decided to do the SPF IRONMAN in march of next year. I appreciate all of the replies and feedback.
This will probably be the last time I EVER POST a training session with squats under 400lb LOL
