I'm offering a very affordable and extremely beneficial deal:

I have been getting a lot of training program questions lately and I’ve also been picking up many more programming clients as well. So, right now, I'm now starting to put together my pre-comp plan(8-9weeks, usually) for the SPF Ironman.

If you are interested in obtaining THE PDF containing the exact training cycle(should be finished in a week) that I will be using and following week to week as I prepare to lift at the SPF IRONMAN March 6, then this a great opportunity for you. This includes: all percentages, reps/sets, deload, assistance movements planned, recovery work, pre-training supplementation, and post-training nutrition.

I do know you can follow my log and get the gist of my training from week to week, but having the planin front of you will be much more comforting to you control freaks, and also, to know that someone else has taken the time to lay it all out for you to peak at as close to 100% as possible. There are a lot of things that I take into account going into a pre-comp cycle, and I make sure to run certain parts of it by Kiefer ( to keep myself from being vulnerable to injury/over-training, and to insure the best chance for a PR day. Why go 10 weeks of awesome PR training - just to show up at the meet to find out that you are over-trained, beat-up, stale and have no PR's left in the tank because you didn't plan properly to PR in the meet? I'm offering this for less than 1/3 of the price of a normal program.

Or are you just looking for a custom program for a raw, single ply, or multi-ply meet, coming up in the near future?

Drop me a line if you are interested:
