Monday Upper Accumulation

Hit the gym after work yesterday. Got to get back into shape. Between school, work, driving to see my kids all the time, and practicing making babies with a hot girl, I have managed to push the gym to the back burner. No more.

Jumprope

Upper back
Lower Back
Hips, Quads
Hamstrings
Groin

Static Stretching
Groin
Glutes
Quads
Hams
Shoulders

DB Presses
50x5x10 These actually felt pretty good on my elbow. Have some thoughts as to why, but not enough time doing it yet to say yes or no. Will keep you updated.

All Exercises were done for 6x12
1A DB Upright Rows 40lbs
1B Tricep Pushdowns 100

2A Lateral Raise
2B TRX Facepull

3A Bosu Ball Crunches
3B TRX Low Row

45 Minutes Aerobic Capacity work
Average HR was 143

Then I hit the steam room at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Because I wanted to, no other reason
