Monday Dynamic Benching

Speed bench with light bands
Bar x10
135 x10
225 5 sets x3
275 3 sets x3

Incline dumbbell presses
125's 3 sets x12

Average/green band pushdowns
4 sets x10

Side raises
40's 4 set x10

Front raises W/100lb plate
3 sets x10 kinda cheated some of these reps but my shoulders were still fried

Barbbell high pulls
185 3 sets x10

Thats all... I was dead. I got up at 4:45a.m worked 10hrs my wife had to tutor till 8pm then I trained showered and right to bed.
