Week 15, Day 1 Cardic Work

Decided to start the meet training cycle today, as opposed to next Monday. Ill just add another week to this Accumulation block, and adjust the percentages of the main lifts and volume of general developmental lifts accordingly. Schedule will be the same as before:

Monday: Cardiac work mobility and flexibility stuff

Tuesday: Lower body (SQ/Dl assistance work)

Wednesday: Upper body work

Thursday: Restoration and Ab work

Friday: Upper body work

Saturday: Squats, Pulls, accessory work

Sunday: Off.

As it was Monday, cardiac work was the answer. 45 minutes on the incline treadmill with the weight vest. No idea how much it weighs, so I say 50lbs. Seems about right, but I'm too lazy to check, or care. Average HR was 143. I got a DEXA scan done too, my first. Damn, that was humbling. Big difference from the calipers. Will do the writeup for that tomorrow, as I still have Last nights training to update.
