Thursday - assistance

STRETCHING

SIDE LATERAL: 15,12,10
INCLINE DB PRESS: 2X20
HYPER EXTENSION: 2X10
LAT PULLDOWN(WIDE): 3X12
MACHINE PRESS: 5 SETS OF 3
1-ARM CABLE EXTENSION: 3X15

Got a 2 hour massage today as well. It was much needed. Back is loosening up nicely and I will be doing some e-stim tonight and tomorrow as well as getting an adjustment tomorrow. Gotta take care of the body if you expect a lot out of it.

As I write this, I'm about to do some stretching and throw some stim on my back/hips.
