Today's workout started great, as I was walking up to the gym with my hands full I slipped on some ice and I landed all my weight on my left knee. I did free squats today, and I've come to the realization I need to do more free squatting, they all felt heavy and awkward. On a more awesome note, my lovely wife got me a new handheld camcorder, sorry if the videos are sideways, I'm still working out how to use it.
