Monday - bench day

stretching
foam rolling

side lateral: 3x12
DB rear delt: 3x15
band rear delt: 3x15
band tri press-down: 3x15
one arm press-down: 3x15
band pec fly: 5x15

more rolling on TFL, glutes and lower back


Just took it really easy(as you can see)and did some prehab stuff and helped with all of the guys in shirts. Some really good stuff going on tonight and everyone hit some nice lifts. I'm looking forward to seeing them all lift at Schwabies.

My hip is feeling much better already and this will continue to improve as I rehab it and rest it. I tried to just 'push' through the tightness and sometimes, this doesn't work.

I really wish that I was going to be lifting next month, but that will have to wait until closer to(if not)summertime. That only leaves me with more time to get stronger, which I need to do if I'm going to be competitive with Dave Hoff, again. This is the goal, so why pretend it isn't?
