I'm going to deload this week on the count off feeling like doggie doo and also because I started night shift last night. I don't know if anyone out there gets there shifts changed around but it always takes me about a week to get use to it. So I slept about 3 hrs this mourning. But here's what I did

Straight bar GM's
135 4 sets x15

Reverse hypers
200 lbs 3 sets x10 holding for a couple secs at the top

One legged Average band leg curls
3 sets x15 each leg

Ab wheel
4 sets x15
