Monday - bench work

Pvc rolling
stretching

Incline DB press: 3x20
Flat DB press: 3 sets of tons of reps
Band fly: 6x15
Band one arm press-down: 3x15
Rope extension: 3x12

P90X could have possibly been more effective, but whatever. I'm still healing up and will be back at it full-steam-ahead soon. I'm going to do some light deadlifting tomorrow, and see how the hip and back are going to treat me. Squats on saturday, finally. I need to do some work. I'm getting fat(er). Can't have fat and ugly. That could be bad.
