Tuesday Max Sq/Dl

I really didn't do any sort of max effort work but a lot of high volume stuff instead I was feeling pretty tired and run down and I felt like breaking a sweat. So everything was done with very short rest.

Warm up
Hit the speed bag for 10 min
Heavy band GM's x30

Coventional Deads
315 3 sets x10

Straight bar GM's
315 3 sets x10

Average band hamstring curls
3 sets x15

Average band pull thru's
3 sets x10

Reverse Hypers
290lbs 3 sets x10

Ab wheel
4 sets x15

That's all I got this all done in about 40 min I tried to keep my heart rate up usually when I'm feeling bad this makes me feel a lot better.
