Thursday - weak point/assistance

Stretching



Machine press: 5x15
Incline DB press: 3x15
Side lateral: 2x10, 5x3
Tri press-down: 2x10, 5x4
Preacher curl: 2x10, 5x3

20 minutes on tread


Body is feeling good. I think that the back/hip issue is behind me now. We will see. My upper is feeling good, I just need to get bigger and stronger. All the work felt good and was done in about 20 min.

Looking forward to Saturday.
