Back and Bi's

I did a long warm up with 15 min on the tred mill about 10min of the speed bag and a lot of band stretching

Palms in lat pulls
160lbs x15
270lbs 3 sets x10

One arm dumbbell rows
150's 3 sets x10

Chuck V rows
90lbs 4 sets x15

Reverse precher pad dumbbell curls
50's 4 sets x10

Hammer curls
60's 3 sets x10
