Max Effort Bench

Warmed up with 2 sets x50 with bamboo bar with 80lbs of weight swinging.

Lighten method with light bands
135 x10
225 x5
315 x3
356 x3
405 x3
455 x3
495 x3
I stopped there everything was fast but my body is beat.

V bar pushdown
100lbs on the stack
4 sets x10

Tate presses
70's 4 sets x10

One arm kettlebell clean and press
70's 3 sets x10 each arm

That's all I was feeling really crappy today I woke up at 1 p.m and went right to the gym. I really hope to be done with night shift soon
