Tuesday Tugging with VIDEO
Did some deadlifting Tuesday. Matt Vincent was in town, and was kind enough to drive me all over Godforsaken Franklin County during the day to try to (unsuccessfully) find a single bolt that rendered my Whip inoperable. Being as we couldn't find it, I couldn't drive to work, so I went and did some tugging. And then went to the gym. Matt and Jimmy Dubs did some of that stuff that athletes do. Running, or something stupid like that.
Deadlift 255x5 345x3 445x3 535x2 625x3 (~85%) This was actually 2, then 1. Make way more sense when you see the video.
Block Pulls 535x2 605x2 675x2 (~90%) Had to use straps, as I managed to tear half of my hand off deadlifting. You can see my home made yard armor too.
Belt Squats 5 plates 3x12
Reverse Hypers 3x12
