Today I decided to rest an injury that's been bothering me for some time. I have an aching pain in my hip that radiates down my leg and it's worse when I squat and deadlift. I'm going to go to the doc and get checked out soon. It sucks big time not squatting, accessory work just doesn't cut it for me!

Really looking forward to watching the NCAA division I wrestling finals tonight, brings me back to my old wrestling days in high school. Wrestlers are some of the greatest athletes!
