I wanted to work the deads with multiple different grips today and move fast through them and did so, even with the rack pulls. I will move back to block pulls next week, but wanted to get out of the way of the guys pulling from the floor and also wanted to work something different, hence the rack pulls.
Good day, all in all I think. I’m enjoying the mindless training. That’s what I’m going to call the next few weeks. It’s going to be fun.. and mindless.

I will be breaking in a new suit and briefs, come Saturday and taking around 900 and a band set around 1k. I will be using Saturday to gauge whether it will be a good suit to use since I always get harassed by my teammates about how big I wear my suit and briefs, so maybe they are correct and I should consider a smaller size. We will see. Anyway, I’m looking forward to it.
