Max Effort Bench Press

Today I decided to work up to a moderately hard six rep set. I wanted to deload my central nervous system a bit from the heavy one rep maxes, and today's work reflects that. The past 3 weeks I've lifted pretty heavy on my bench day, so I took a step back to avoid overtraining.

Close grip bench

3 sets x10

green band pushdown
4 sets x15
