Saturday - squat training

Foam roll – IT bands, hips, abs, TFL, back, and glutes,
Stretching

BW squats


Ssb squat:
Worked up to: 500x3 w/ low box
Leg press: 1x30 ~ 600
Reverse hyper: 3x12
Calves on leg press: 6x12
Abductor w/band: 3x15

I decided not to get into the suit today, and followed clint on the raw SSB squats. Everything felt pretty good, and I had problem taking a down week. Back/hip are feeling good and I will continue to keep pushing the prehab for it and I will not get complacent.

Everyone looked pretty good today and it was nice having adam back on squat day for 2 weeks in a row.

I’m going to see how my arms feel and play it by ear as far as shirted or not come Monday. I need to break it in, but I wont sacrifice irritating my arms all over again just for one training session.
