Added Ace suit – straps down

Leg press: 1 set of 35 w/600
Calves: 6 sets of 12 (all different toe positions)
Standing band crunch: 3x15
abductor w/mini band: 3x15

Today, everything was light, but most importantly – it felt light. Bar speed was fast and that’s the way it should be. I’m very happy with how my squat is feeling, right now. I think that I will take some weight next week and see how it goes. I will video the session

The set of 35 on the leg press was brutal – thanks Dave.

For the next week - I’m going to be taking it easy (just like today) and will work form, flexibility, weak points and assistance.
