170lb total PR, in a recent meet from a client

I worked with Justin for about 3 months and only did his pre-comp training cycle. I made it simple and direct, but that's what he needed, so it took the doubting and the extra thinking out of it, so he could just... lift.

*note, he missed a 3rd attempt deadlift at the very top that would have given him another 50lb on his TOT.

After becoming frustrated with lack of progress, I reached out to Brian Carroll to seek help with my pre-meet training. As a result of Brian’s help, I finished the meet with an 83-pound PR in the squat, a 78-pound PR on the bench, an 11-pound PR in the deadlift, and a meet total PR of more than 170 pounds—all in just three months.
