5/23 Squat

1) Squat-Up to 705x3 in knee wraps and belt, set the safety bars too high and hit them on the first rep, racked it, pulled those out and did the second 2 reps, kinda threw my focus off but whatever

2) Speed Squats-545 for triples with 1 min rest

3) Dead Squats with SSB-525 for a bunch of singles from 1" above parallel

4) Single Leg RDLs-3x3 with 90s

5) Hanging Leg Raises-5x15

Then I trained groups for 8 straight hours, literally no break and got super sunburned.
