Squat training

Foam rolling
Stretching


Leg press: 6x10
GHR: couple reps - amazing cramps
Seated band abduction: 3x12
Standing band Abduction: 3x12
Seated decline band ham curl: 3x15
Standing band crunch: 3x12
Standing band good morning: 3x12
Calves on leg press: 50 reps

Had to take it easy, like I've stated, but I'm looking forward to turning it up. My body feel great, as a whole, with no really aches or issues.

The training is all set up, my gear is here; both experimental(Jack) and the stuff that's all dialed in. It's time to get what I need to do done, and then put in the work.
