6/12 Bench

It was my best friends 29th birthday last night, a lot of good times were had but partying til 4am definitely wasn't the most beneficial thing to training today...


1) Bench, paused-Up to 385x2 and 445x2

These both felt pretty good

2) Speed Bench, 90 seconds rest-345 for 3s

3) Widegrip Bench, paused-330x2x8, easy peezy

4) Dead Bench, 75 seconds rest-350 for singles

5) Dips-60 pounds x8, 6, 4, my dips are starting to get better, these were a breeze

6a) DB Flies-3x12
6b) DB Front Raises-3x3
