Question from Mark Anderson about Carb backloading
I am desperately trying to find sample meal plans for the carb back-loading strategy which is mentioned in your nutrition section (article by John Kiefer). I'd like to get meal plans for a day based on working out first thing in the morning (say 6:30 am). Also meal plans for working out around mid-day (say noon). Finally meal plans for working out later in the day (say 4:30 pm). Also would be good to see a meal plan for an off-day. Can you please help me?
I'm sure if you contacted Kiefer, he would be willing to work with you and set you you up with a plan. What are asking for is more than just a tip or suggestion that can be answered here by one the EFS Q&A.
