6/19 Deadlift

Didn't feel great but I trained great

1) Deads-Up to 710x2, felt harder but looked faster than the 690x2 from last week

2) Deads-Backed down with triples at 585

3) Defecit Pulls-565 for triples

4) Bentover Rows-350 for 3x6

5) GHR-3x12 with 25 pounds

6) Shrugs-3x10 with 495

7) Special Exercise

8) Wide Leg Situps-3x8 with 10# behind head
