Tuesday - deadlift, week 2
Dead w/Pro light band:
605x1 - supposed to be 2, but it really pulled more forward at the top, so I stopped there
6" block pull:
worked to 605x2
SSB Close stance box squat: 3 sets of 5
Barbell shrug: 3x12
Reverse hyper: 3x12
Calves: 50 reps
Planks: 3 - 30 sec holds
Not a bad day, but not as good as I was hoping. It was my first day pulling in a while and it showed.
I'm now going to hopefully be able to jump into scheduled programming. I have a light suited squat day planned for this weekend, so that should work perfect. I'm going to be in Memphis, so I hope that I will be able to squat with Sam Byrd and take a small number there.
Bodyweight was 275 this morning.
