Saturday Squatting Rawdog

Making some changes for a bit. Going to talk about them more in a different log post, but bear with me until I get it up. It will be up this afternoon for sure. I will touch on them here though.

All of the accessory work was done in alternating fashion with 1 minute rest between sets. 4 sets of 10 on everything.
