6/30 Bench

1) Bench, paused-Up to 415x2 and 475x2, 1st rep of 475 flew up, 2nd got out of the groove a bit and floated towards my face, but I finished it.

2) Bench-375 for triples with short rest

3) Widegrip, paused-345 for 2x8

4) Dead Bench-375 for singles

6) Dips-3x6 with 80 pounds

7a) DB Flies-2x8
7b) DB Front Raises-2x5
