Get a Jack squat combo!.. and todays squat WORKOUT

added Jack suit, no wraps
710x1 - straps down
800x1 - straps up
900x1 - straps up; moved fine, but not super fast.
Leg press: 3x15
Adductor w/mini band: 3x15
Stand abs w/light pro band: 3x12
Reverse hyper: 3x12
Not a great start to the cycle, but not a bad one, either. I havent had any weight on my back since may 28 and my quads kept reminding me of this. Other than my quad strength and conditioning, things didn't feel bad and will continue to improve each week as my body adapts once again to the loads.
I really like everything about the new suit. It's cut IMO, is far superior to the Ace and the legs are tapered better and bigger, as well as more angled(out) and a touch shorter. The stitching in the crotch and ass make this the suit to have for pop and support out of the bottom. I would compare the feel of this suit in the bottom to the way it felt the first time I sat back into a canvas suit. It's that dramatically different in regards to the support of the glutes and hams. Dont confuse what I said for me saying that it feels like canvas. Thats not what I mean. The improved support reminds me of the first time.... Dont get it twisted.
I didnt feel 100% today, obviously, but that had nothing to do with the suit. I'm just weak right now. This is going to be the combo that I PR in at the Pro/am.
