Last session before I head into this much needed deload. My chiro/PTs are out of the country currently, so I'm feeling pretty beat up in my elbows and pecs.

1) Closegrip against doubled mini bands-Up to 395x2

2) Seated Military to the top of the Head-2x5 with 300

3) Various shoulder/scap retraction work

4) Closegrip Decline Press-3x8 with 345
