7/11 Deads

1) Deadlift-Up to 755x1

This didn't go great, I mistimed my roll in which caused me to get on my toes. Then the bar STUCK to my quads and I had a little hitch. This was a friction issue though not a strength thing.

2) Deadlift-660x3x2, had the friction issue on the first set so I put my shorts back on and was fine after that. Went from a static start and thought about pulling my toes up and getting the bar against my shins in a hurry.

3) Lightening Deadlifts-440x4x2 with 4 chains

4) Deadlift Isometrics-440x6x1, 3 sets from 2" off the floor, 3 sets 1-2" from lockout

5) GHRs-3x8 with 35

6) Wideleg Situps-3x8 with 10# behind head
