Todays Delts and Bi's training and some of my goals.

Today was coconut deltoids and boulder biceps day.

Standing press behind neck on smith machine- I went a little heavier today then dropped to pump: 12, 10, 8, 6, 6, 6, 15, 15 45 second rest between sets

Superset- dumbbell side raise and barbell upright rows: 4x10 each

Rear delt machine: 4x15

Chest supported 45 degree angle YTI raises: 3 sets till total failure

Barbell curls: 12, 10, 8, 6, 6, 6, 6, 15, 15 45 second rest between sets

Preacher curl machine: 4x12 all drop sets till failure

As I said before my goal is to keep getting bigger that I actually drop dead. I want people to someday say: “Jesus, did you see how big Steve was right before he died?”

Some of my other immediate goals:

I want EFS to eventually have to print up 5X t-shirts just for me.

I want Matt Wenning to look at me and say: “God damn boy, you are large”

I want to lose my hearing due to my traps covering my ears.

I want crossfitters to tremble in my presence.

I want to get to the point that no scale can weigh me and the only way my weight can be determined is by making plaster casts of my footprints and have scientists estimate my weight.

I also want to get to the point where my main mode of travel is laying down in a box car.
