7/27 Upper Body 2

1) Military Press to the Top of the Noggin-Up to 325x2, felt really smooth

2) Closegrip Bench off of foam-315 for a bunch of quick triples, my pecs have been a bit beat up so I wanted to keep things lighter

3) Face Pulls x100

4) Front/Lateral Raises-5x10 of each, light and just got a lot of blood flowing
