Training and videos

Had a great weekend in the Chicago area - eating my weight in Portillos and going to the Fedor/Hendo fight.

Here's my training for Monday. Even with all the eating I managed to weigh 230lbs today.

Squat - 3 sets of 10, up to 315
Deadlift - work up to 475x10
DB Bench - work up to 115x17

Off to Louisville tomorrow for some dirtbike riding.
