Good Day Saturday. I know its almost Friday. I fell behind a bit. Sorry guys.

Accessory Work - All done for 5 sets of 12
1A Leg Press 600lbs
1B Lat Pulldown 90lbs

2A Lying Leg Curl 90lbs
2B Face Pulls 70 pounds

3A Fat Grip Rickshaw Shrug 2 plates
3B TKE Green Band

Pretty good workout. The heat was miserable, but who the fuck wants to lift in a commercial gym? Not me. The heat is more than managable
