Sunday Squat Accumulation

Squatted Sunday as opposed to Saturday this week, as I was out of town with my boys. Had to come back as I had a meeting at work Sunday morning I couldn't miss. Wasnt happy about leaving the boys, but sometimes we have to do shit we don't want to for shit we need to.

1B Step-ups

2A Leg Curl 2 plates
2B Hammer Strength Machine Shrug 2 plates

3A Decline Situp
3B TKE Green Band

Took about 75 minutes to get through all of it. Im definitely getting in better shape. Feeling pretty good with training this far out, and my bodyweight is in the low 290s
