Speed squat w/SSB & green band put over the plate not the bar.

Inverse leg curls 2x failure

Bent over rows 3x5 335

Straight leg sit-ups 3x10 185

Eccentric pin press 6" worked up to 500x3 550x1 close grip

Fat bar skull crushers worked up to 365x8

Side lat raise 3x10 60db

Pronated grip pull downs 3x15 150

The speed squats with the SSB and the green band over the top of the plates was a mother f*#ker. I’m going to give them a try for about 3weeks and see what happens. The inverse leg curls were a little bit better than the first time still very hard.

The eccentric pin press is one of my favorite ME exercises but it really kicks my ass. They are similar to board presses but much harder.
