9/5 Board Press, Juggernaut Method

I'll be using this day to get in some volume, put on some size up top and build up the integrity of my pec tendons to hopefully alleviate the issues I've had with them.

1) 2 Board Press-Juggernaut Method, 10s Accumulation

Bar x20
135x2x5
225x2x5
300x5x10

2) Extended ROM of Pushups-Done with each hand on a 12" box, so my chest can drop slightly below the level of my hands

75 Reps Total

3) Chest Supported Rows-4x12

4) Neutral Grip Chinups-4x12

5) Fatman Pullups on Blast Straps-2x12
