9/6 Squat, Juggernaut Method

1) Squat-Up to 525 for 6 sets of 5, no belt, 2 minutes rest b/t sets. I was breathing pretty heavy here and having a hard time figuring out my stance/bar placement

2) Deadlift-405x5, 475x5, 545x5, pulled in my olympic shoes as I'm trying to get a more 'clean' deadlift style down to utilize more leg drive

3) Straight Leg Situps-2x10 with 65 pounds

4) KB Side Bends-2x15
