9/9 Deadlift, Juggernaut Method

1) Deadlift, again pulling in the olympic shoes, trying to maintain a upright posture and use lots of leg drive. I'm also dropping the bar at the top each rep, so there is not any eccentric phase.

6x5 at 515 pounds, 2 minutes rest

2) Squat

415x5
485x5
565x5, with belt

3) Ab Wheel and BB Russian Twists-2x10-15 of each

Hip is still bugging but I'm working on it.
