4 board press worked up to 500x5 close grip

DB ext w/mini 5x12 60lbs

front & rear DB raises 2x40 30lbs

hammer curls 3x20 60lbs

grip work

shrugs 3x15 worked upto 585

inverse leg curls 4x8

CS rows 3x15 2 plates

land mines 3x20

straight leg sit-ups 3x15 115

work out have been very good, starting to feel strong. i do need some ART and massage done. feel a little tight and my body weight is up there.
