Saturday Squatting and some thoughts
Here is what I did Saturday. This was a "deload" workout, and, I think it was. Ended up doing some band work, because that is what everyone else was doing, and I had to get out of the gym pretty quickly. Got to spend time with my boys this weekend, and didnt want to be at the gym all day Saturday.
I did my standard warmup stuff, and then did
150 plus Grey x5
205 plus grey x5
205 plus grey and black x3
240 plus bands x2 (added ACE briefs after)
330 plus bands x1 (added 56 Jack suit after)
420 plus bands x1
470 plus bands x1 Stopped there. Weight was light, and movd very fast. Going to have to take my suit in to get altered, its a bit too big in the hips and thighs. Imagine that.
This week was supposed to be my deload week. I am through my Accumulation block, and will be starting the Transmutation block next. Will actually be doing my transmutation deadlift workout tomorrow night. I think that while, although boring, the Accumulation block went pretty well. Looking back at it, there are some things I wish I would have done differently, and maybe added a few things, I think that I am prepared to go into this Transmutation block. I feel like a million bucks. Not beat up, tired, sore, or achy at all. Joints are good, and so is my back. My weight is a bit of a concern. I was 299.4 Saturday morning. Im going to clean up my carbs some in the evening, which should help drop the caloric intake a bit without actually trying. Will still be eating what most would consider "junk" food, but, well, Kiefer says to, so thats how I'm rolling with it. Now that the boring training is over, I will be back to adding videos to the log as well.
