9/16 Deadlift, Juggernaut Method

Very thorough in my warmup today and my hip was feeling a lot better.

1) Deadlift-Up to 565x4x5

Still pulling in my Olympic shoes. The size of my legs makes it a bit difficult to get into the position that I would like to start, but I just need to keep working my mobility.

While I was warming up my pulls, I saw 315 on the bar and got curious, so I power cleaned it. I haven't done a clean for almost 6 years, but it was pretty easy so I may give 405 a ride in a couple weeks.

2) Squat

455x3
525x3
600x3

Hip wasn't definitely feeling better here. Not 100% but better.
