9/19 Upper Body

Left pec is still giving me trouble, got up to 275 on 2 board today before I knew that it wasn't gonna be worth it today...

1) Extended ROM Pushups-105 Total Reps

2) Various Back Exercises for 10x8 reps

Got some treatment from my doctors. The pain has moved more from the lower muscle belly (where it was prior to the Pro/Am and at the meet), up towards the shoulder. I'm sure it is just an issue of other muscles having to overcompensate for the injury. I'm gonna shut down the upper body work for the rest of the week while I formulate a plan moving forward. I'm thinking that I'll just be doing a lot of BB stuff for at least the next month, which may be a blessing in disguise as I have always lacked upper body mass.
