9/23 Deadlift

During my warmups for deadlift and I messed around and did some power cleans. I missed at 405 three times. The bar is getting plenty high, I would catch it in a 6" above parallel squat, I just lack the wrist flexibility to complete the catch. I'm curious to see how much I could do with about a month of training, but there are bigger fish to fry.

1) Deadlift-Up to 625x5, dead stop

I'm really having a hard time keeping my chest up off the floor and even at light weight, my hips are rising too fast. I'm gonna back the weights down the next few weeks and take care of this issue with submaximal work.

2) Squat-Up to 635x1

3) Ab Wheel and Side Bends-2x15 of each
